I am classically trained with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree and I love the challenge of making art. My art is a creative expression of myself and how I want to be viewed in the world. I believe works of art can have multiple interpretations. Images can display simplistic beauty and decoration for sheer enjoyment and may also be confronting and thought provoking taking the viewer on a journey to find a deeper meaning.  My preoccupation is the drawn image.  I am attracted to the spontaneity, tactility and intimacy of the drawing process and it is for me the fundamental  basis of serious art and has legitimacy in its own right.
